Our client, Japanese manufacturing company. Now they are seeking for candidate to join as;
Job Description:
- Be responsible for implementing and updating company policies
- Communicate with line manager with HR issues
- Implement new HR strategy to develop the system
- Support and advise management of all Thai law and disciplinary when necessary
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Over 5 years’ experience in HR field from manufacturing or warehouse is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
