Our client, Japanese trading company. Now they are seeking for candidate to join as;
Job Description:
- Set up general procedures/ rules & regulation for engineers
- Manage office materials and facilities
- Create company handbook and manage HR system
- Response for implement administration system
- Prepare company document and report to manager
- Coordinate with internal and external parties
- Arrange transportation i.e. renting cars, managing leasing cars and checking new contract
- Prepare visa and work permit for foreign staffs
- Coordinate with accounting service
- Supervise back office staff
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in admin or HR position
- Familiar with Japanese working environment
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
Location: BTS area
Mon – Fri: 8:00 – 17:00
