Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support and training for iDempiere ERP
- Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues and incidents
- Test application and program changes
- Liaise with ERP key users to identify and document incremental improvements to ERP processes and system
- Process owner iDempiere Master Data (BP, Product)
- Master data owner Service Products, Expense Types and Chart of Accounts
- ERP implementation and configuration tasks
- Maintain iDempiere ERP documentation including but not limited to process documentation, user guides and exercise sheets using designated tools and ensure documentation is up-to-date at all times
- Obtain and maintain know-how and skills required to fill out the above responsibilities using various knowledge sources including but not limited to process Baseline, standard documentation, ERP academy training, Accounting Guidelines
- Basic ERP module and business process know-how
- Experience in an ERP support, ERP project or ERP rollout function
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Basic technical skills including advanced EXCEL (e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc).
- Good command of English
- Good general communication and interpersonal skills
- Expected experience and skills include:
- Good command of written and spoken English

o Linux
o SQL
o Java, Maven (preferred but not required)
o Basic familiarity with ITIL processes (or similar) in the areas user access and change management.
