Our client is Japanese Freight Forwarder company. Currently they are looking for Customer Service Manager for Ayutthaya branch.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female not over 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Freight Forward in export experiences 7 years up.
  • Team management experiences.
  • Microsoft office skill
  • Have service mind and active character.

Job Description:

  • Support, control and consult to operation team both Import and Export shipment especially key customer with smoothly process.
  • Prepare quotation for Import and Export shipment to Oversea agent, existing customer and new customer to get a new business.
  • Prepare monthly report about sales volume, number of shipment and gross profit to GM.
  • Visit and meeting with customer to solve the problem
