Our client specializes in Plastic Packaging/Label business
Position: Senior Sales (Flexible Packaging)
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB
Location: Bangkok (near BTS)
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned customers, product lines, and applications.
Develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines, including identifying potential projects and market segments.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and providing both B25pre‑sales technical support and after‑sales service.
Analyze sales performance, costs, and market/competitor information to support strategic decision‑making.
Coordinate internal and external sales activities to ensure smooth project execution and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales within the packaging industry
Experience of shrink sleeve packaging, flexible packaging, film materials, or related industries.
Experience in export sales is an advantage but not required.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 500 or above)
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Has valid driving license
