Job Description:
- Manage schedule and room for company meeting
- Respond for welcome visitor, correspondence, phone call
- Keep document to file and organize easily
- Handle pretty cash, reimbursed expense in business matters
- Organize transportation and business trip to support superior
- Prepare document for visa and work permit
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in law or any related fields
- Experience in secretary, administration or coordinator position
- Good command of English
