Our client is a leading digital, information technology company. They are looking for young dynamic, flexible and responsible person to join the team
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all admin tasks in procurement function
- Initiating procurement process improvement
- Negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts
- Managing costs and choosing quality merchandises
- Handling price list / order reports and tracking the requisition status
- Keeping good relationship with external and internal parties
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in procurement administrative field
- Having strong negotiation, planning and analytical skills
- Very good in project management
- Good command of English
