Job Description:
- Manage digital campaign include social media and communications and develop new business Recruitment Team Management and coaching.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to assist their needs through identifying key areas of improvement on digital contents
- Reviewing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy and report on feedback and online reviews
- Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
- Establish alternatives for brand, marketing communication and advertising strategy
- Effectively executes strategies and ensure account and project management are continually aligned
Qualification:
- 3-7 years’ experience in Communication or Advertising agency used to manage launching community initiatives campaigns
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Good experience in digital agency (total campaign)
