- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive skills development program, including essential competencies like machinery operation, shopfloor management, quality control, and mandatory warehouse management skills.
- Supervise end-to-end learning and development programs for technical and leadership skills within the production and production support areas.
- Establish annual plans and programs for developing dual/multi skills.
- Establish standardized skill levels across various positions, offering clear criteria for skill assessment and compensation determination.
- Develop a skill matrix to visualize and quantify employees' skill levels, aiding in targeted skill development efforts.
- Maintain a comprehensive skill database for categorizing and cataloging the skills professionals.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills.
- Develop an annual plan and program for on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure its effectiveness.
- Facilitate skill enhancement for existing employees through refresher courses.
- Ensure the professionalism, quality, accuracy, impact, and cost-effectiveness of skills training and development.
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and online resources, to support skill development programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course outlines and learning materials.
- Establish methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and continually improve them based on feedback and results.
- Innovate and implement a compensation framework based on skills.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages for skilled employees.
- Collaborate closely with production, product development, innovation, and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Develop and manage the budget for skill development programs, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Generate regular reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of skill development initiatives, skill-based compensation, and technological advancements, and present them to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- 10 years+ experiences in HR Training & Development for manufacturing & production.
- Experiences in managing over 5-10 team members, working with training & development for big volume of employees, or working with company academy will be very beneficial.
- Hands-on experience as a trainer or facilitator in the field of manufacturing.
- Background in technical training and development.
- Proficient in understanding learning and development methodologies and models.
- Adept at finding solutions for complex business challenges.
- Possesses a strategic mindset and consistently delivers sustained results encompassing both financial and non-financial aspects.
- Demonstrates the ability to make tough decisions, skillfully balancing trade-offs.
