Position: Technical training
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Define technical skill development plans with key focus areas and training activities.
Analyze individual assessment results to identify training needs.
Implement technical competency assurance as planned.
Capture and organize knowledge into a usable competency reference.
Align assessment methods to cover both functional and soft skills.
Provide practical tools like assessment guides, learning modules, and exercises.
Encourage proactive coaching by supervisors.
Coordinate with managers to plan individual development (IDP).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, science, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Open for Diploma with 7 years' experience in refinery operator or technician.
Have exp 3-5 years of technical training, competency development, HR system development, or any other
related areas of expert in Industrial and manufacturing
Good teamwork, communication, motivation an adaptability.
Good command in English.
