Talent Acquisition Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Position: Talent Acquisition Staff
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Talent Acquisition all loops.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning.
Manage the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent aligned with functional needs.
Conduct workforce analysis and deliver strategic manpower planning to support business agility and future growth.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement and reinforce company culture and values.
Utilize insights from exit interviews and engagement surveys to shape effective retention strategies.
Actively foster a collaborative and positive work environment while addressing potential conflicts proactively.
Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 25,000 - 30,000 THB + Bonus
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
Over 3 years’ experience in HR at Manufacturing business will be advantage
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Able to work under pressure and different culture.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
