Position: Supplier Management (Japanese Skills)
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB/Month
Location: Sukhumvit, Bangkok
Responsibilities:
Supplier Qualification: Conduct supplier assessments and coordinate contract arrangements to determine suitable vendors.
Customer Quality Negotiations: Handle discussions regarding quality standards with customers and respond to complaints and requests.
Component Inspection & Supplier Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality through inspection and ongoing supplier performance management.
Preparation and Updating of QC Process Charts and Quality Standards Documentation
Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement: Investigate production anomalies and implement corrective actions using QC tools.
Proposal of Improvement Plans: You will be expected to draft and execute countermeasure reports yourself.
Training and Guidance for Local Staff
Qualifications:
Graduated In any related field.
Proficiency in Japanese (At least JLPT N2)
Strong management experience and skills
Experience in manufacturing or trading company
Strong negotiation skills (QA/QC and Pricing)
Driving license
