Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, training, and labor operations for store staff
Oversee sales performance, inventory control, and merchandising strategies
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events
Ensure smooth coordination and reporting with the Japanese General Manager in English/Japanese
Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Native-level Thai language proficiency
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or above)
Experience in retail management, hospitality, or B2C operations
Willingness to participate in long-term overseas training
Preferred Qualifications:
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
Prior experience working in a Japanese retail company
Experience in planning in-store events and designing store layouts
Store management experience in a similar business environment
