Job Description
- Manage and maintain the team to follow ALT supplier quality manual and control the budget through SMRR, SCB, and related procedures.
- Control and report supplier quality performance results according to KPI, providing monthly and annual reports to the management team.
- Manage and maintain the team to follow ALT supplier quality manual and control the budget through APQP and PPAP processes.
- Ensure supplier quality performance results meet KPI targets and report to the management team on a monthly and annual basis.
- Review and approve new part development, including ECN and supplier change requests, in accordance with the ALT supplier quality manual, covering FAI, Process Audit, PPAP approval, and SOP.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience working as SQE / Senior SQE or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment from automotive, appliances and electronics industry.
- Experience working with multi-national company.
- Knowledge 8D problem solving method and able to be a trainer.
- Knowledge drawing interpretation as basic dimension and GD&T.
- Fluent knowledge Quality Core tools ; APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, QC 7 Tools.
