Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory work following Good Laboratory Practices and company safety policies.
Screen raw materials and generate technical data to support business growth.
Formulate and develop new prototypes for customer projects and marketing concepts.
Monitor prototype stability and quality, ensuring compliance with sensory, safety, and regulatory standards.
Plan and perform formula-related testing for internal and external projects.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to resolve technical challenges.
Generate technical reports and presentations based on testing outcomes.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to support innovative formulation development.
Maintain inventory and procure raw and packaging materials.
Support marketing activities by preparing and shipping samples for events and tradeshows.
Conduct training sessions and demos for sales and distributor teams.
Maintain technical documentation including MSDS, specification sheets, and COAs.
Identify development opportunities within the customer base.
Participate in technical conferences and share insights internally and externally.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
8 years of working experience in R&D, Product Development, preferable in Personal Care & Cosmetics business.
Proactive and independent working style with quick learning ability.
Results-driven with a passion for problem-solving.
Proficient in English (spoken and scientific writing).
Experience with analytical instruments such as rheometers, texture analyzers, microscopes, and sensory tools.
Ability to conduct tests at external labs or research institutes.
Strong troubleshooting and experimental adaptation skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Thai.
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%)
