Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the seasoning food business.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Job descriptions:
Visiting to new customers, introducing products, and dealing with sales contract.
Maintaining existing client and building up good customer’s relationship.
Proposals to food processing, meat, seafood, and seasoning manufacturers.
Preparing quotations and other necessary documents.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Reporting to supervisors and preparing daily and monthly reports.
