Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue and connect with prospective clients to consistently achieve monthly sales objectives.

  • Establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

  • Monitor market dynamics and collect client insights to support strategic sales planning.

  • Deliver clear and timely reports on market conditions and customer interactions to senior management.

  • Maintain a daily log of all sales activities, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

     

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in fertilizer sales or a related sector with strong knowledge with the Thai market.

  • Good communication skill in both Thai and English.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.

  • Well-organized and meticulous in managing tasks and documentation.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is an added advantage.
