Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales agents
Conduct product and sales training sessions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Manage inventory levels and model mix in the local warehouse
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
Support and coach assigned sales agents
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the machinery or equipment industries
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively across the region
Fluent in English and Thai languages
