Job description:
- Identifying and developing new customers & distributors in the assigned territories.
- Conduct meetings and make technical presentations to customer.
- Discuss and interact with Japanese customers to build relation and conclude orders.
- Provide basic technical services to customer for any requirement or query.
- Preparing Sales plans, MIS and other routine reports for the sales region assigned.
- Profiling of customers (Customer Size, Application, Product Requirements, People in the organization)
- Prepare forecast, develop appropriate strategy to attain Sales Target.
- Preparation of Sales and Marketing MIS, analyze and propose improvement initiatives.
- Assist S & M Manager for the assigned market.
- New customer acquisition, its maintenance and growth.
- Developing robust processes for managing business transaction with customers.
- Coordinating and Supervising for the Information/ Data requirement from Unit / Corporate / Group Companies / Inter Departments.
Requirement:
- Graduated bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics and Instrumentation.
- At least 2 years experiences in Industrial sales in B2B filed.
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills (Oral & written).
- Fluent command in Japanese (N2 or above)
- English communication skills shall be added advantage.
- Effective leadership qualities & networking skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Should have ability to handle pressure and patience in dealing with clients.
- Systematic & analytical in approach – should have very good understanding of numbers.
- Strong in MS-Office specifically in MS-Excel.
- Willingness to travel overseas as job requires travelling. (Osaka, Japan)
