Job Title: Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement – Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized consultation.
 - Product Presentation – Explain vehicle models, features, and options clearly and professionally.
 - Sales Process Management – Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
 - Relationship Building – Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
 - Market Knowledge – Stay updated on automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
 - After-Sales Support – Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
 - Reporting – Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems accurately.
 
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 - Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in automotive or luxury products.
 - Strong verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
 - Ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
 - Negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven mindset.
 - Well-groomed and presentable.
 - Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
 - Valid driver’s license is required.
