Job description
- Handling customer order, issue PO and quotation, monitoring shipment, including negotiation with customer and factory related with delivery time and import-export goods.
- Clarify product specifications and service details for overseas customers, makers, and shipping agencies.
- Processing forecasts and orders; processing and controlling all delivery transactions
- Participates on company's activities to maintain functional relationships with
other operational and organization department.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales (overseas), or a related field is required.
- Good English communication is a must (TOEIC score 700 or higher).
- Fair communication in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).
- Good computer literacy, i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
