Responsibilities:
•  Manage product design and development verification to ensure that the department develops the correct technologies and competences in accordance with strategic goals, and that these technologies are implemented efficiently in integrated product development.
• To assist our progress toward world-class successive research and development and to change the department in terms of organizational structure, culture, methodologies, tools, and skills.
• As a team leader in order to build the team and assure the competency and productivity that our strategic goals require.
• To assure consistency in work quality at all stages of product development, connect with business managers using a commercial strategy.
• To assume wide responsibility for the scientific components of a research project or research team and to align its efforts with the company's strategic and business goals.
• To give product information to the client's customers.
• Liaise with researchers / suppliers on scientific concerns concerning the client's product line.
• Acquire and retain product-specific technical information, as well as establish a personal scientific grasp of certain sections of the client's product line.
• Assist in the resolution of product-related difficulties and complaints resulting from technical inquiries.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and deliver a yearly evaluation.
• To deliver a monthly and yearly report on project performance to the management team. 
• To undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the deputy general manager, general manager, or PD -QA director.


Qualification:
Master's degree in food science and technology, food industry management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in food R&D.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Familiar with food manufacturing process.
• Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP, BRC, IFS system
