Quality Control Staff (seafood)

Roughly Job Description:

• Visit the supplier and group company and check the quality of products (1-2 times/ week).
• To audit new suppliers.
• Make PPT for internal and external.
• FDA registration.
• Investigate the cause of claims from client.

 

• Main Products: Frozen food (Fish, Vegetable, Meat).
• Those products are exported to Japan.
• Suppliers are in Thai, Vietnam, Indonesia.

 


Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of Food Science and Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience as a QC in food industry.
• Required English communication.
• Able travel to upcountry.
