QC Manager

Manufacturing and assembly of refrigerant piping for commercial air conditioning systems.
Production of heat exchangers for water heaters and related equipment.

Job Title:                 QC Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Type:                 Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00 hrs. (1 time leave for Saturday/month)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quality control processes and personnel across production lines.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and inspection protocols.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits from clients and certification bodies.
• Train and mentor QC staff to maintain high standards of inspection and reporting.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Good command of Japanese & English

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a QC managerial role.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of Japanese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, statistical quality control, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in quality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
