Salary: Maximum 100K per month
Responsibility
- Manage and approve quality documents (procedures, quality plans), QAD department PL monthly data, and QAD department budget policy data.
- Reduce SCR activities.
- Manage the new model of Small product and OEM synergy project
- Manage QA SAP project, Qlik Sense projects for after services and Sirius projects.
- Manage QA ZBB projects.
- Prepare weekly reports on C/T defect activity of Factory for Top management and the in-house spoilage ratio.
- Manage Qlive projects.
- Monitor the perceived quality of Factory
- Organize corrective action and preventive action activities.
- Manage quality records and QA MR meeting data.
- Approve parts, products, parts from new suppliers, VEC parts, and make-or-buy parts.
- Manage quality assurance for mass production products.
- Manage FOC parts, control department expenses, and in-field defect warranty cost expenses.
- Manage environmental issues, ensure the completeness of 5S and 3T, and enhance safety awareness, quality awareness, energy awareness, and environmental awareness.
Requirement
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and other.
- Must have over 5 - 15 years of experience in a management role
- Must be fluent in English is an advantage.
- Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Salary range: 80,000 - 100,000 Baht, depending on qualifications.
- Work days: Monday to Friday and 5 times on Saturday.
