Our client is a Japanese Automotive part business, they would like to fulfill candidates who have qualification as below;
Position: QA/QC Manager
Location: Amata City Chonburi
Salary: 50,000-55,000 Baht (Total package)
Working Day: Monday to Friday + Alternative Sat (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
Business Type: Automotive (injection part) Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
-Plan and manage QA&QC resources to support production schedule.
-Control and improve working performance of subordinates.
-Maintain and ensure consistency of auditing and inspection following the established Process Control Plan and Acceptance -Sampling Plan on the shop floor.
-Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerning departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers.
-Provide support for handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing.
-Provide support for activities of Quality Management System.
-Encourage and motivate subordinates to participate the established continuous improvement projects.
-Supervise team, provide of guidance to subordinates.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any in related fields.
-At least 10 years in QA/QC from manufacturing industry.
--Having management role as Asst or Manager role at least 3 years
-Able to communicate in English.
-Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
-Able to work under pressure.
