POSITION:          PROJECT SALES MANGER - Building Material Product
BUSINESS:          Event Solution Service Provider & Building Material Product
LOCATION:         Bangkok
SALARY:              80,000 – 100,000 THB
Responsibility:

• Educate the market about the company’s products and services effectively.
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by ensuring competitiveness and innovation.
• Maximize the potential of the sales team.
• Understand the ongoing requirements of existing and new clients, and upsell accordingly.
• Manage the entire client brief process, from initial inquiry to site visit.
• Assess client needs to determine project scope and technical/design requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments (Operations/Design/Production/Sales) to ensure accurate estimates and creative input.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions aligned with client briefs.
• Present proposals to clients, including creative elements and costings, and negotiate final agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.
• Manage the entire project process, from brief to handover to Operations, and remain the main point of contact for the client throughout.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• 10-12 years of experience in account handling/sales or project management, preferably in event or construction-related industries.
• Demonstrated success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to lead the sales process from planning to closure.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
