LOCATION:         BANGKOK
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in CCTV and security systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing business opportunities within the CCTV and security systems market segment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of CCTV and security systems to both new and existing clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our CCTV and security systems.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the CCTV or security systems industry.
  3. Prior experience in project sales or B2B sales is preferred, connection with SI, Education or Government sector is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  7. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
