Job Title: Production Supervisor (Metal Sheet Team)
Location: Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with 1-2 Saturday/month
Industry: Manufacturing / metal sheet fabrication and wire hardness assembly
Responsibilities:
Manage daily production line to ensure smooth operation, including team plans and schedules, team target, maintain standard quality,
Supervise production team (Metal Sheet) of 25 members.
Handle manpower allocation, staff attendances or absences.
Conduct daily progress reports or any issues occurred to the Production Manager.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in production line, supervisory, or leader role.
- Hands-on experience in managing team or subordinates.
- Familiarity with metal sheet processing will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing working environment will be an advantage.
