Responsibilities:
- To drive of continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing to support new projects.
- To improve process efficiently, reduce cycle time and any defects.
- To responsible for process performance by use Lean manufacturing tools , TPM ect.
- To develop and manage manufacturing standard, engineering change control.
- To maintain high quality standard of Medica device business.
- Conduct of yield improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering field.
- Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing and quality tools in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QC tools, methods and practices.
- Good command of English communication.
- Having experience or familiar with ISO 13485, FDA, or medical device business would be advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
