Job Responsibilities
- Supervise sales staff to ensure adherence to sales plans and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze competitor data to devise collaborative strategies with the sales team.
- Develop and conduct regular product and sales training sessions for staff.
- Train and evaluate sales staff on product knowledge and presentation skills.
- Deliver product presentations and provide recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and gather necessary documents for product presentations.
- Translate product-related materials and create instruction manuals.
- Verify product specifications and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with supervisors to enhance efficiency and generate leads.
- Schedule and manage Product experts' tasks effectively.
- Engage with relevant agencies and attend trade shows to attract new customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of medical device industry sales or product specialist experience.
- Availability for on-site work in Bangkok and Upcountry areas.
- Preference for experience in URO/GI department.
- Must have a car and valid driving license.
- Proficient in communication, leadership, and problem-solving, able to perform effectively under pressure.
