Job Responsibilities
- Research market trends and customer needs to shape brand strategies.
- Plan and execute brand strategies to boost product awareness and revenue.
- Run marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to meet goals.
Monitor and adjust brand initiatives for optimal performance. - Ensure compliance with regulations in all marketing activities.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. - Provide in-field teams with tools and information for effective brand promotion.
- Identify and address potential risks to the brand's success.
- Develop clear training materials for stakeholders to understand the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or medicine (e.g., pharmacy).
- Over 4 years of experience in sales or account management, including a minimum of 2 years in brand management or marketing within the medical devices and aesthetics industry.
- Ability to review clinical papers and create relevant claims.
- Possess knowledge of marketing concepts and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
