Job Description:
- Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating for the most effective purchase deal and supplier based on the drawing or instruction, price, condition, and delivery plan.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and cost planning divisions within the Sumitomo Group companies in Thailand and overseas for cost planning activities for each product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers as long-term partners.
- Conduct accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with the head office in terms of tracking and improving internal procedures.

Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Good command in Japanese and English is a must (JLPT N2-N1).
- Strong analytical abilities are essential for evaluating proposals, analyzing data, and performing performance tracking.
- Attention to detail for the documents, monitoring suppliers, and identifying potential risks.
- Capable of leading subordinates and being ready to grow with the team.
