Our client is a world leader in die-casting and CNC machining manufacturing for automotive parts, located in Amata City, Chonburi.
Position: Machining Process Engineer
Salary: 20,000-25,000 THB / total monthly package
Welfares: Position allowance, Transportation Allowance, and bonus 4 months
Location: Amatanakorn Chonburi
Working Day: Monday to Friday (Saturday per company’s calendar)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance using KPIs and statistical tools.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by preparing process flow, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Maintenance, R&D) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering,Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineer,design layout,machine
- Proficient in Autocad,Solid work
