Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Logistic & Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5+ years experience in Manager of production control and planning department.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various functional areas within an organization
Good command in English communication.(Need to communicate with oversea team)
- Working experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting required for production management.
- Knowledge and experience in Material Requirements Planning(MRP),concept, and calculation of appropriate inventory.
- Experience in preparing production for new products. (New Model)
- Knowledge of production efficiency and manufacturing cost control.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the production planning and control team.
- Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and manage manpower planning and budgeting for production operations.
- Lead planning activities for new product introductions (New Model).
- Ensure accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with overseas teams and provide regular updates in English.
- Support cost control initiatives and drive production efficiency improvements.
