ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Work with related functions across organization in strategically developing an organization structure and workforce planning which effectively drive a desired organizational behaviors and enable strategic business plan towards its desired objectives and goals.
- Conduct job analysis, job description and job evaluation which allows employees to clearly understand their roles and responsibilities and organization to derive the expected outcomes.
- Work closely with Line managers, HRBP, HR CoE to ensure the organization structure, job description, job evaluation being executed properly.
- Manage shared services between company and its affiliates to promote synergistic efforts within company group
- Conduct related research, benchmarking, analytics, trends through various methods to analyze and develop organization design solutions and initiatives.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in any field related to Human Resource, Organization Development, management, Industrial Engineer also preferable.
- New graduation and/or at least 2-3 years professional experience in any field of Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Job Analysis and Evaluation, HR Business Partner, Work Process Improvement, Organization Development, Strategic Planning
- Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation both in Thai and English
- Strong project management skills
- Strong business senses with knowledge of overall industry sector, trends and complexities
- Good interpersonal skills and extensive relationships and networks with stakeholders
