Total Salary Package: 60,000 - 80,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any engineering.
Have experience 6+ years of continuous improvement experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of ergonomics, product flow, lean transformations, and manufacturing/process engineering.
Ability to instruct others in Lean principles and generate clear work instructions.
SAP experience.
Certified Lean/Black Belt would be advantage.
Job description
Analyze plant performance and balance resources through improvement activities (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean). Develop and lead lean implementation projects.
Maintain plant IE tasks (Time Studies, Standardized Work, Ergonomics, OEE, Plant Layout).
Conduct training on Lean Manufacturing tools (WCM, TPM, TQM, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
Recommend methods to improve worker efficiency and reduce waste. Design packaging and material presentation to optimize production.
