POSITION: OPERATION MANAGER, SCM & Production

SALARY: 150,000 – 200,000 THB
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our site operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in managing key performance indicators across financial, quality, service, safety, and inventory management. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
oversee site operations to meet and exceed financial targets, including budget management and cost control.
Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Ensure all products and services meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations.
Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures.
Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all local and national safety regulations.
Implement and manage safety programs to create a secure working environment for all employees.
Optimize inventory levels to support production and service demands while minimizing holding costs.
Develop and implement strategies for accurate inventory tracking and efficient warehouse management.
Build and embed a culture of continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in FMCG, Printing, Labels, Chemicals.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF).
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
Experience in implementing continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English communication.
