Our client is the leading of packaging technology, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following:
Position: Operation Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Position: Operation Manager (Japanese Speaking)
Salary: 110,000-120,000 Baht (total package)
Location: Amata City Rayong
Working Day: Monday - Friday+ Saturday (up to company's calendar)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
-Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- -Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
- -Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- -Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- -Planning/Control the budgets, Investment and expense according to plans.
- -Ensure that all company policies and procedures are communicated and implement for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering field.
- Strong managerial skill, operation and presentation.
- Having background from Packaging business would be advantage.
- Good command of English communication.
- Prefer Japanese Speaking (N3 up).
