Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Develop and coordinate the local brand merchandising strategy to achieve organizational goals across offline and online channels.
- Manage local pricing to meet margin targets, aligning with regional teams.
- Establish long-term brand vision and develop seasonal merchandising plans to achieve targets.
- Forecast sales and manage targets for local and regional requirements.
- Ensure product relevance aligns with financial planning in collaboration with sales teams.
- Tailor seasonal product ranges, manage release calendars, and allocate merchandising for all channels.
- Collaborate with regional teams to address local market needs, report trends, and oversee product localization plans.
- Conduct consumer and market research, maintain a competitive database.
- Provide monthly sales reports and attend to regional team reports.
- Manage inventory and support sales promotions.
- Provide product knowledge training and drive category goals for sales staff.
- Supervise inbound shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manager role.
- At least 10 years of experience in the retail business.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Can communication in Mandarin is a plus.
- Interpersonal, detail-orientated, work well under pressure with a can-do attitude.
