Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Staff-Engineer-Supervisor Level)
Location: Bangpoo, Samutprakarn
Job Type: Monday-Friday (with alternative Saturdays) from 08:00-17:00 (+2 hours of OT every day)

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in MFG + PCBA.
- An ability to communicate in English (basic conversational), Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge in production efficiency improvement and stock control.
- Good discipline, quicker learner, and responsible.
Job responsibilities:
Supporting PCBA manufacturing in the production line.
Monitor production efficiency and quality standard.
Assist in stock balance control.
[ Engineer Level ]
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT ME + PCBA (Panasonic machine is an advantage).
- An ability to communicate in English (basic conversational), Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge in SMT machine cycle time balance.
- Knowledge in SMT machine adjustment and maintenance.
- Good discipline, quicker learner, and responsible.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SMT processes for PCBA production.
- Perform machine maintenance and adjustment to ensure smooth operation.
- Support in troubleshooting and solutions.
[ Supervisor Level ]
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in SMT ME + PCBA (Panasonic machine is an advantage).
- An ability to communicate in English (basic conversational), Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge in SMT machine cycle time balance.
- Knowledge in SMT machine maintenance, spare parts, and safety set-up.
- Knowledge in SMT machine calibration.
- Knowledge in DIP machine and automation is an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervise the production line and ensure efficient operation.
- Manage machine calibration and cycle time balance.
- Oversee DIP automation machine.
- Plan and execute machine maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and addressing the root cause to find efficient solutions.
