Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics&Supply Chain ,Business, Administration ,Engineer or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Logistics&Supply Chain in Freight forwarding business.
- Good communication in English (Communicate with Oversea team).
- Able to use SAP system
- knowledge in Polymer or injection business is preferred

Job description
- Provide strong HSE leadership for both self and the team, ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
- Lead and manage all operational activities, including coaching, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
- Oversee production forecasts and manage the detailed manufacturing schedule for finished goods.
- Supervise raw material procurement, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of both local and imported materials and packaging.
- Ensure high quality and reliability of suppliers through effective supplier evaluation, development, and ongoing performance management.
- Manage end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, material transfer, packaging, storing, and shipping, with a focus on minimizing storage and transportation costs.
- Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods according to targets; perform stock checks and prepare analytical inventory reports with action plans.
- Coordinate shipment vendors to achieve high delivery performance while optimizing transportation costs.
- Oversee customs clearance for import and export activities, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination with third‑party service providers.
- Manage local toll manufacturers and ensure operational efficiency within Thailand.
- Lead continuous improvement and business process enhancement initiatives, including assessment and selection of IT and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with the regional S&OP team to support supply chain strategies, regional specifications, and supplier development across the region.
