Job Description
· Advice legal advisory to top management and business operation.
· Review and draft contracts, business agreement.
· Manage contract system and support in company group.
· Manage team.
· Providing solutions in related issues.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification
Male / Female
Thai Nationality
Age over 35 years old
Over 8 years in legal and/or compliance.
Bachelors or higher in Laws.
TOEIC over 700+ will be advantage
Holding lawyer license or other license will be advantage
Englishin business level
Able to work at BTS Nana, Bangkok
