Job Overview

The Key Account Manager – Distribution Channel is responsible for managing and expanding business with key distributors and channel partners in the tire business. This role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening partner relationships, optimizing distribution performance, and executing gotomarket strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key distributors, dealers, and channel partners within the tire business

  • Drive sales growth and market share through effective account planning and channel execution

  • Develop joint business plans with distributors, including sales targets, promotions, and activation plans

  • Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, sellin and sellout, and take corrective actions as needed

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, incentives, and annual agreements with key accounts

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute trade marketing activities, campaigns, and instore activation

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management

  • Ensure strong aftersales support and maintain high levels of distributor satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the tire or automotive aftermarket business

  • Proven experience managing distribution channels, dealer networks, or wholesale customers

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel as required

  • Proficient in both Thai and English.
