Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties involve overall store operations and performance management for the shops:
Responsible for budgeting and target management, including planning and tracking overall sales revenue, labor costs, and operational expenses.
Conduct regular store visits to formulate sales and marketing strategies designed to increase customer traffic and sales volume, targeting both local Thai customers and foreign tourists.
Translate high-level business plans into actionable, store-specific execution strategies (e.g., product merchandising, staffing levels, promotional displays) and ensure thorough implementation.
Analyze store sales performance, customer data (e.g., peak times, purchase patterns), and inventory levels to identify operational issues, uncover growth opportunities, and propose improvements for profitability and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Japanese fluency at N2 or above (must be able to communicate effectively in a business setting).
B2C Shop Management experience is required.
Ability to thrive in and adapt to flexible working styles typical of dynamic retail operations.
