Responsibilities:
Creating, executing, and achieving sales plans.
Visiting approximately 3 customers per day.
Developing and acquiring new customers
Preparing quotations for lubricants, creating product introduction materials, preparing VA (Value Analysis) proposals, and conducting technical proposals
Preparing sales forecasts, adjusting orders and production, and concluding contracts
Collecting accounts receivable and handling unsold inventory
After joining the company, passing the ILAP Basic exam within 1 year and the Advanced exam within 3 years
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Japanese at a business level.
• Fundamental knowledge of lubricants.
• Familiarity with industrial oils and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in engaging with Japanese clients and senior executives, with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to prepare and deliver after-service reports professionally.
• Capability to coordinate effectively with global affiliates.
• Strong skills in proposal development, negotiation, and communication.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical structures, particularly within the automotive and HVAC industries.
