Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for business strategy development.
- Analyze and interpret market data to support decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and analysis results.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business leaders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the business consulting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a business consulting or advisory capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
