Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Samutprakarn (Company shuttle provided)
Working condition: Monday - Friday 8.00-17.00
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, product/service issues, and technical support requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery status and product availability.
- Maintain customer records, update databases, and generate reports to track customer interactions and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention efforts, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level and conversational in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Support roles within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order processing tools, and customer support software is a plus.
