Our client is the leading manufacturing company of tires and OEM. They are looking for an IT Manager (Regional Headquarter of ASEAN) who has a solid strong knowledge and background in implementing IT projects.
Location : New-Phetchburi Rd., Ratchathewi, Bangkok (ARL Makkasan)
Job Description:
- The role entails the comprehensive management of Information Technology, including the maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, network systems, and security across group companies in ASEAN countries.
- Proactively enhances and promotes Information Technology system-related projects and operations in ASEAN countries, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Efficiently and effectively develops Information Technology systems tailored for group companies in ASEAN countries.
- Provides support for the development and implementation of Information Technology-related projects initiated by the Head Office, ensuring seamless integration across group companies.
- Responds promptly to internal and external inquiries or requests related to Information Technology, offering necessary assistance.
- Establishes and enforces rules, regulations, and standards related to Information Technology, ensuring strict compliance with local standards for group companies in ASEAN countries.
- Manages investment planning and cost control for all computer systems at Yokohama Asia Co., Ltd, while also coordinating consulting project management for group companies in ASEAN countries.
- Collaborates closely with the IT team at the Head Office, providing coordination and support as requested.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer or related field.,
- At least 10 years of Experience in implementing IT projects in new factory site or new company.
- Working for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing sector
- Waterfall Project management (prefer), process management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of English Ability
Skills required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, including Windows, Unix, or Linux systems, application/database development, and virtualized systems.
- Proficient in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Expertise in network installation and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in providing helpdesk support.
- Familiarity with Information Technology policies, standards, and procedures.
- Knowledgeable about ISO27001 and information security management systems.
Working Day : Monday –Friday / 8:30 am. –05:30 pm.
