Position: IT Manager
Salary: 100,000- 120,000 THB (depend on experience)
Location: Chonburi
Workday: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Leadership (ERP/CRM Focus) Lead the full lifecycle management of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) including implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement across the region.
Ensure the strategic alignment of ERP solutions with core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365), focusing on integration with ERP and enabling automation for sales and service operations.
Coordinate regional input for global ERP upgrades and manage local system integration and support teams.
Software Development (Programming/Coding Focus)
Oversee and direct in-house and/or outsourced development teams for web, mobile, and internal tool creation.
Manage all software projects using Agile or Hybrid methodologies, defining project scopes, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to coding best practices, quality standards, version control, and robust deployment processes.
Develop, manage, and control the regional IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with the annual operating plan.
Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, contractors, and global IT counterparts to ensure seamless, aligned execution of IT initiatives.
Design and maintain secure, high-availability IT infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Storage, and Servers) across all regional sites.
Drive the implementation and use of Data Analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide executive dashboards and KPIs for operational optimization.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years in IT leadership roles, with mandatory, proven experience in regional management across multiple Asian sites.
Proven success managing large-scale ERP, CRM, and custom software development projects.
Hands-on knowledge of both infrastructure and business application systems, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team management capabilities. Strong vendor management, budget control, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
